📖 Activity 1: Assemble, Then Have It Attacked
Assemble the portfolio (13 min). Put every section in order and check each one against the requirement it answers. Mark anything missing rather than quietly hoping it passes — a marker will find it either way, and you still have time.
Have it attacked (12 min). Swap with a partner. Their job is to find the weakest claim in your portfolio and say precisely what evidence would be needed to hold it up. Take the criticism in writing. Then decide, with the time you have left, whether to strengthen that claim or narrow it.
📝 Activity 2: Level 3 History Portfolio Task & Merit/Excellence Scaffolding (20 mins)
Portfolio Capstone. Submit: (1) the complete assembled portfolio with all sections present; (2) a final reflection on how your inquiry question changed between Lesson 1 and now, and what changed it; (3) a spoken presentation of your finding — claim, strongest evidence, and the objection you take most seriously.
