The former organelle video did not provide an integrated synthesis context. The core input is now a supplied, explicitly simulated dataset showing net photosynthesis, oxygen uptake, nitrate uptake and leaf-cell turgor before and after cooling.

One cold cell, several possible effects. Predict how cooling could change one enzyme-controlled process and one ATP-dependent process. Use cautious language: a slower rate does not automatically mean that a pump stops or a cell dies.

📖 Activity 1: Integrated evidence response (30 mins)

Complete the supplied question independently. Your response must: use at least two values; explain temperature effects on enzyme-mediated photosynthesis and respiration; connect respiration to ATP-dependent nitrate transport; and use osmosis/water potential to explain the turgor change.
