Practicum Handbook (Section 8, pp. 24–25).
Why this template rather than my own run-sheet. The handbook requires full lesson plans to be
given to associate teachers before teaching, and the formative observation sheet scores
"Plans thoroughly with attention to detail" and "Writes specific, measurable learning outcomes and
success criteria and plans lessons that clearly develop these" against the plan the AT was handed. A
run-sheet carries the timing but not the concept/skill distinction, the assessment-for-learning column, or the
connection to adjacent lessons — so it cannot evidence those rows.
