Learning Outcomes

What participants can do after the workshop

These aren't abstract "AI awareness" goals. They're hands-on skills participants practise during the session and leave ready to apply the same day.

💬
Write effective prompts
Understand why vague prompts get vague answers. Know how to give an AI role, context, format, and constraints — and get useful output first time.
✉️
Draft better comms faster
Use AI to draft emails, social posts, reports, and proposals — then edit rather than write from scratch. Cuts admin time by 30–60% for routine documents.
🎨
Generate images and creative assets
Create event posters, social media visuals, and mood boards using tools like DALL·E and Midjourney — no graphic design background needed.
🔍
Research and summarise information
Use AI to summarise long documents, compare options, generate reports from data, and brief stakeholders — without reading everything yourself.
⚖️
Understand the risks and limits
Know when to trust AI output and when not to. Understand hallucinations, bias, data privacy, and how to verify AI-generated content responsibly.
🛠️
Build simple automation
Connect AI tools to existing workflows — spreadsheets, email, documents — to automate repetitive tasks without needing to write code.

Before

What most teams look like going in

  • A few people using AI tools informally, inconsistently
  • No shared language or norms around AI use
  • Uncertainty about what's reliable, private, or ethical
  • Time spent on tasks AI could handle in minutes
  • Apprehension — "it'll take my job" or "I don't understand it"
After

What the same team looks like leaving

  • Shared vocabulary and a consistent approach to prompting
  • Concrete tools practised and ready to use that afternoon
  • A grounded understanding of limitations and responsible use
  • Enthusiasm — "I can actually use this"
  • Specific workflows identified for their role or sector
Where this is up to

No school has run this yet

Being straight about it: this workshop has not been delivered to a paying school, so there are no testimonials to show you and none are invented here.

💬

What the foundation cohort gets instead of reviews: the session sequenced around your own subjects and year levels, facilitated by the practising teacher who built the platform, and a full refund if your staff do not think it was worth it on the day. See the guarantee and book →

Logistics

What you need to provide

We keep the requirements minimal so that any organisation can host a session.

🖥️
Devices
Each participant needs a laptop, tablet, or phone with internet access. Bring-your-own-device works fine — no special software to install beforehand.
📶
Internet
Reliable Wi-Fi for the room. The workshop uses cloud-based tools — no downloads. A hotspot backup helps if venue Wi-Fi is unreliable.
🪑
Room setup
Ideally tables rather than theatre seating — participants work alongside each other. A screen or projector for the facilitator helps but isn't required.
